PixlSizer detects which images in a batch fall below your target and enhances only those. Set your target dimensions and FLUX.1 Fill outpaints the expanded canvas so the background continues seamlessly — Adobe Generative Fill's batch-processing cousin. You type your own prompt at export time or use the built-in default, and you can generate multiple variations per image to pick from. Without AI Fill, Aspect Crop simply pads to your target with transparency or white at your chosen anchor — it never zoom-crops, so logos and edges are never trimmed. Pro includes 100 crop fills per month, Agency 200.

Yes. Open any image in the lightbox, paint over what you want gone or changed with the Generative Retouch brush, optionally describe what should appear there, and FLUX rebuilds just that area. Everything outside your brush strokes stays pixel-identical, and results save as new files so your originals are never touched. The lightbox also includes a freeform Marquee Crop for hand-picking a region, likewise saved as a new file.

Yes! Your PixlSizer license can be used on up to 2 computers simultaneously. If you need to switch computers, simply deactivate the license on your old machine and activate it on the new one through the app settings. Contact support if you need help with license transfers.

Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds due to the potential for abuse of our cloud-based batch processing system, which could result in significant costs. Pro and Agency plans include direct Amazon S3 integration — processed images upload automatically and a CSV of every URL is generated for importing into Webflow, WordPress and other platforms. Pro includes 60-day storage, Agency a full year. Uploads run in the background while you keep working, and exports append a custom suffix with auto-numbering so your originals are never overwritten unless you deliberately enable Overwrite Originals mode.

Absolutely! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle. If you cancel, you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. We believe in flexibility and no lock-in contracts.

Yes, your images and data are completely secure. All cloud uploads use encrypted connections (TLS 1.3), and your images are stored in enterprise-grade Amazon Cloud infrastructure. For maximum privacy, the Basic plan processes everything locally on your computer with no cloud connectivity. We never access or view your images.

Yes — Windows 10/11 (64-bit) and macOS 10.15 or later, both with the complete feature set including AI Upscale, Crop Fill and Retouch. Machines with a powerful GPU run the AI models locally; every other machine runs the identical models in the cloud, so nothing is missing on a MacBook. 4GB of RAM and 100MB of disk space is enough to get started.

No. PixlSizer has no input resolution ceiling — 270-megapixel panoramas (6000 × 45000px) process without complaint. The only ceilings are the format specifications themselves: WebP caps at 16,383px per side and AVIF at 16,384px. Batch size scales with your plan, from 250 images on Basic to 10,000+ on Agency.

Yes. Drag an image from any Chrome, Edge or Safari tab directly onto PixlSizer and it imports instantly — the app handles both dropped image data and image URLs, downloading them for you. You can also drag from Finder or Explorer, or use the file picker. No saving to a downloads folder first.
